McEachern Architects is an award winning architecture and design firm with over 35 years of building experience. Based in Stirling, but working throughout the UK, its central location has allowed for a diverse range of projects from new houses and extensions to a variety of commercial properties and listed building work. We are proud not only to welcome new contacts but also to have repeat clients, who come back for quality of drawing and consistency of personal service. Whatever the size, each project is seen by this friendly office as an opportunity for design. We put clients first, listen to priorities and needs and work within budget and other limitations.

We offer a range of expertise and skills, these include: – initial ideas, talking over various processes in a user-friendly way, freehand and CAD drawings, 3D work (Revit) and walk-through images/animation, survey work, inspections and site visits, Local Authority submissions (Planning and Building Warrant), certifications (for e.g. Banks and Building Societies), reports, a variety of technical information and interiors and landscaping. We can be involved at all stages of the project.

We are used to considering site work, brand new buildings, conversions (including barns) , repairs/ maintenance and alterations to existing facilities (changes of use etc.). Over the years we have made good contacts, built up and kept relationships and our experience gives us confidence when imparting advice. Any building project can be stressful at times.
